What the service is
Mismach is a tool for writing down agreements between private parties and collecting electronic signatures through a link. It is not a law firm, an escrow or payment service, a marketplace or a vehicle registration service.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you write, for having the right to sell or rent what you describe, and for checking whether your deal needs other forms or formalities where you live.
Fees
The person who creates a signing link pays the fee shown before payment. The other side never pays to view or sign. Online payment is not open yet; during the preview, signing links are free.
Money between the parties
Payments for the deal itself are made directly between the parties. We never receive, hold or forward those payments.
Listings
Listing cards are free and shown as written by the person who created them. Don't list anything illegal, stolen, counterfeit or not yours to sell. Gift cards may only be listed if their terms allow resale. We may remove listings.
Availability
We aim to keep documents available, but the service is provided as is. Keep a downloaded copy of anything important.
