What we store
The content of documents and listings you create (including photos), the names and emails typed by signers, drawn signatures, and for each signature the date, time, a hash of the IP address (never the address itself), browser type and a fingerprint of the document. This forms the audit trail printed on the signed PDF.
What we don't ask for
No account, no phone number and no ID number. Please don't put phone numbers, ID numbers or bank details into documents or listings.
Who can see it
A document can be opened only by people who have its link. A listing card is public by design. We don't sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing kelimok47@gmail.com. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
